In the busyness of your life, when was the last time you asked yourself what you need, what you want, what you enjoy? To shape our lives, we have to know what makes us come alive.

Self-care isn’t just a concept. It’s a practice – and practice takes time, effort, and a rhythm. Lists? A journal? Time for meditation? What works for you depends on the combination of what you’re drawn to and what you’re motivated by.
