Weave the imagery around you to spark creativity, hone focus, and discover something new about yourself with the art of collage. These sessions with Toots Magsino are  centered on authentic, creative self-expression. Open to all levels, its goal is to understand collage as a fine art medium. In each session, a specific type of collage practice is introduced. This will serve as a spring board for individual creativity, originality and imaginative thinking.

The teaching method in these classes are a combination of individual instruction and group critique. Students will have many chances for individualized, one-on-one dialogue with the instructor. Aside from individual learning, group critique sessions will also be held during the course. Students will be encouraged to talk about their work. This kind of “show-and-tell” is beneficial as it helps everyone learn from each other.  Questions and helpful comments will be welcome during this time. The Instructor will also critique works based on collage principles.

All workshops listed are 3-hour, one-day sessions. Includes all materials needed.
