magis is latin for more.

Your life matters more.

Going through issues that weigh you down and bring your coping skills to the limit, is not something to go through alone. Talking to someone for just fifteen minutes about getting the support you need may seem like a small task, but it’s a big step towards change and healing.

What do you want to have more time for?

Working on wellbeing takes time, and time is a scarce resource these days. We make sure our services are designed to make the most of the time you have, and create your wellbeing space with you.

We use the arts and a variety of tools and methods to help you with your wellbeing and we like that it can give you  the creativity and flexibility to stay purposeful with your self-work.

Whether you manage a team, teach students, lead a community, or take care of a family, our programs follow your lead in how your wellbeing journey takes shape.

We believe that no matter what you’re going through, there is a creative compass inherently guiding you to where you need to be and we are here to help you make that discovery.

You matter more.

Your wellbeing matters. When you give yourself more time, you nurture what matters: you.  You nurture the people around you who matter to you, too. A more integrated life rewards you the balance that gives you the time and space to express and discover yourself, to connect with those who matter, to heal, and to deeply transform your life.

Your team can do more.

Your team is the microcosm of your organization.  When you make your team's wellbeing matter more, your team's strengths are amplified. You prioritize pursuing and nurturing each other's potential for growth.  Learning how to integrate and practice psychosocial skills in the workplace gets you there.  Through arts-based support groups and integrated psychosocial support and training, we help your workplace grow an ecosystem of care.

Your community holds more.

Your community is more than its daily routines, its clockwork, and its transactions. Whether it’s in the workplace or the place you call home, nurturing community matters. The community can be regenerative: sustaining its people as much as its people creates and grows its community. Make wellbeing part of the conversation and psychosocial health part of the plan.
